Sponsor Civano Neighbors Because Civano Neighbors does not collect dues, yet does have real costs—including CivanoNeighbors.com hosting and Web applications, office supplies, and funding for other services and activities—we are seeking donations, sponsors, and The Town Crier advertisements. Civano Neighbors members and other stakeholders may donate to support our neighborhood association in one of two ways. Cash and check donations are accepted at general meetings (see Calendar of Events for dates, times, and locations) or by contacting Ardi Whalen, Civano Neighbors Treasurer, at 520.885.8211. While Civano Neighbors is not for-profit, we are currently not a tax-exempt non-profit organization as defined by the State of Arizona or the IRS. Therefore, donations of any kind to Civano Neighbors are not tax deductible. Each month, the home page of CivanoNeighbors.com features a rotatating mix of website sponsors, with a prominently placed "sponsorship box" that includes the sponsor's name, logo or other graphic, brief description, and link to the sponsor's website. Monthly sponsorships of CivanoNeighbors.com are available for a set fee, which is used to offset hosting and related web fees for CivanoNeighbors.com. Sponsorship is a great way to increase traffic to your Website. CivanoNeighbors.com receives visits not just from Civano residents and Civano-based business employees, but from Tucson and Southern Arizona residents and visitors. CivanoNeighbors.com actively solicits links to our site from other sites, including search engines and directories, so sponsorship exposure increases daily.
