Proposed Changes and Civano Neighbors Responses
to Civano's Guiding Documents
In September 2002, to foster the sale of Neighborhoods 2 and 3, Fannie Mae through Community of Civano, LLC proposed wholesale changes to Civano's Guiding Documents, including the Development Agreement, Indemnity Agreement, Civano IMPACT System, and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Civano Neighbors has reached consensus on and provided official responses, and continues to review and comment on the latest changes. Learn more:
Approved Revised Guiding Documents - December 2003 The following revised guiding documents were approved by Mayor and Council on December 8, 2003. Because these copies are not yet signed, there may be slight changes to the finals. In that case, the signed copies are controlling.
