Civano Merchant's Association
The Merchant's Association Working Group is spearheading an effort to
establish the Civano Merchant's Association, a support group for Civano-based
businesses, including home-based businesses. The role of the working group
is to research, develop a plan for, launch, and then provide Civano Neighbors
support for this new business-oriented organization.
Civano Merchant's Association will provide a collective voice for Civano-based
businesses when dealing with the City of Tucson, Pima County, Civano's
developer and builders, and other entities. Members will meet regularly
and support each other by sharing experiences and lessons learned, networking,
participating in joint purchasing and related opportunities, and working
to enhance the progressive, environmentally responsible business climate
of Civano.
