Civano Town Center
The Civano 'Town Center' is an approximately 50-acre semicircle of land
zoned commercial, industrial, and mixed-use on the east side of the Houghton
Road and Drexel Road intersection. The vision for the area is to serve
as a town center for Civano Neighborhoods 1, 2, and 3, offering local,
neighborhood, and regional services.
Currently, the only development is Global
Solar, a thin-film solar technology
and products manufacturing facility north of Drexel.
The town center ise part of the proposed Pavilions Planned Area
Development (or District) of the revised Civano
Master PAD.
