Civano Neighbors Working Groups
Many of the Civano Neighbors working groups are concerned in one manner
or another with Civano Neighborhoods II and III. The following working
groups specifically track land use, construction, and related issues:
- Environment Working
Group
The Environment Working Group addresses solar energy and energy efficiency
issues, reclaimed water usage, water harvesting, recycling, and other
environmental issues.
- Houghton Corridor Working
Group
The Houghton Corridor Working Group addresses traffic, access, open
space and parks, development, mass transit, signage, and other issues
along the Houghton Road corridor.
- Commercial Areas Working
Group
The Neighborhood Center Working Group addresses the development and
ownership of Neighborhood 1's Neighborhood Center, including land use
(CC&Rs vs. Specific Plan), parking, commercial and mixed-use development,
ownership, and vision.
