Neighborhood 1 PAD Amendments

As part of the Master Plan and PAD process being undertaken by master developer Pulte Homes, there was an opportunity to amend the Neighborhood 1 PAD to clean up language, implement new language, and address certain issues impacted by the PAD in all areas of Civano Neighborhood 1.

Proposed Amendments (Amendements and Pros/Cons)
The following documents will be discussed and then, as requested by the City of Tucson Department of Urban Planning & Design, consensus reached on neighborhood positions.
