Civano Neighbors Working Groups

All of the Civano Neighbors working groups are concerned in one manner or another with Civano Neighborhood I. The following working groups specifically track land use, construction, and related issues:

• Environment Working Group
  The Environment Working Group addresses solar energy and energy efficiency issues, reclaimed water usage, water harvesting, recycling, and other environmental issues.
• Commercial Areas Working Group
  The Commercial Areas Working Group addresses the development and ownership of Neighborhood 1's Neighborhood Center, including land use (CC&Rs vs. Specific Plan), parking, commercial and mixed-use development, ownership, and vision.

Homebuilders

There are active production builders and a number of custom builders constructing homes in Civano Neighborhood I.

Civano I Neighborhood I Homeowners Association
